Facebook account deleted…..totally.

In the same way that leaving any internet site or ‘rage quitting’ some online game or other it’s not strictly necessary for me to announce that iv’e just closed and deleted my Facebook account : it’s been hacked and someone else is using to advertise non existent items for sale while then leading potential buyers into advertising and messaging for online porn sites. So far this week iv’e had to message about 18 people asking about things that i’m not selling or. as with boat sales, endlessly requesting more photographs………. Facebook itself has been completely useless about deleting the items that i’m apparently selling – it’s been a journey around the houses and back again multiple times and as FB is about as much use, to me, as a chocolate teapot, iv’e simply deleted my profile and account.
